The world is currently facing unparalleled ecological and environmental crises that require all of humanity to urgently take note and crucially TAKE ACTION.

The extinction of wildlife, ecosystems and the effective functioning of the planet is irreversible so we must take proactive measures, NOW. Our organisation works to create awareness and take actions that address these issues head on to help facilitate a more ecologically and environmentally prosperous future.

Meet the team

Our project is underpinned by a young and dynamic team who have very different skills and experiences to provide a wealth of expertise to the organisation

Alex carpenter

Alex is an ecologist and businessman that has spent a decade living in the forests of Goa. He specialises in tropical forest restoration, ecotourism and landscape design.

CRISTINA SILVA TOLEDO

Cristina is a process engineer by profession who started her career working in multinationals. Her lifelong passion for biodiversity led her to Goa where she now has a decade of experience in ecotourism and conservation in the region.

Dr. KARTHIK TEEGALAPALLI

Karthik is a scientist who specialises in restoration ecology. He has over a decade of experience studying tropical forest ecosystems and their regeneration and has worked alongside multiple well respected organisations.

The tribe goa

Transforming an abandoned cashew plantation into a renowned and beautiful off-grid sustainable eco-village in the foothills of the Western Ghats in Agonda from 2017 until 2022.

CODAL, Mhadei wildlife sanctuary

2021-2024 Restoring and protecting 140Ha of degraded forest land in the buffer zone of the wildlife sanctuary and increasing yield and diversifying 10Ha of plantation.

TRAINING SESSIONS

Providing tailored training sessions on wildlife rescue, first aid, tropical forest ecology, ecological restoration and more to Government Depts, Colleges and Businesses since 2020.

wildlife rescue and rehabilitation

Contributing our expertise and skill set to supporting the community and reducing the human-wildlife conflict through WhatsApp support groups and emergency rescue since 2016.

Community EngagemenT (2017 – PRESENT)

Working with communities through cleanliness drives, biodiversity walks and workshops with schools, panchayats and community groups in topics such as snake identification, first aid, reducing human-wildlife conflict, pollution and plastics and many more in collaboration with expert organisations and and colleagues.

Divar Botanical Garden (june 2025-present)

An exciting new opportunity to transform an abandoned 2 acre property on Divar Island into a mini botanical garden and experiential ecotourism location that can provide an example of how Tourism can also become a driver for ecological restoration not just profit.
